Obverse: Scattered N-S die scratches show around LIBERTY. NW-SE die scratches run from the bow tie and vest through the first half of the date. One heavy die scratch runs northeast from the chin.

Reverse: A die scratch runs NW-SE under the E in the motto, parallel with the edge of the E. A die chip shows on the outer lower left area of the O in ONE. A die scratch runs E-W to the right of the lower part of the E in ONE. Reverse is LDS.
