Obverse: Die scratch on cheek of lincolns face. Die crack the run E and W on the bottom of the lapel. Multiple die cracks in lincolns hair.

Reverse: Die scratch located on the E of ONE. Die gouge located on the right side of the N of CENT. Die chip located on the left wheat stalk.
