Obverse: Die gouge on mint mark. Die gouge on base of hair. Light NNW die scratch from top of hair to W in WE. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: E/W die scratch between E in ONE and M in UNUM. SE die scratch under T in CENT. Die scratch connect AT in STATES. Short N die scratch from bottom inside C of CENT.
