Obverse: A heavy die gouge runs east to the rim from the top of the first T in TRUST. Another die gouge runs southwest from the same letter.
Reverse: Light N-S die scratches show around the left wheat tip and the E in the motto. Other N-S die scratches show inside the lower wheat in the legend. Reverse is LDS.
