Obverse: A die crack runs across the lower lapel. A die crack can be seen crossing the lower bust above VDB. N-S die scratches through Liberty. A die scratch to the left of the bottom of the first T in Trust.
Reverse: Circular die scratches can be seen above the letters of PLURIBUS. A long die scratch runs from the O in ONE south between the letters C & E in CENT. Die scratches run south from UNUM.
