Obverse: Die breaks on 195 in date. Die gouge in the field west of shoulder. Die crack coming from behind ear up into hair. Small die dot near rim in field above date. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: Small die gouge on O in ONE. ESE die scratches from E in ONE toward right wheat. ESE die scratches through BUS in PLURIBUS. Crossing die scratches through STATES. ESE die scratches through UNITED. Die dot between O and F.
