Obverse: Die cracks on 195 of date. Die crack above shoulder. Worn die dot above T in LIBERTY. Reverse is LDS.

Reverse: Die crack in left wheat west of UNITED. Generally N/S die scratches between AM and CA in AMERICA. Die crack right wheat to rim east os STATES. SSE die scratch between ON in ONE. Die gouge between UM in UNUM. Die crack in upper leg of E in ONE.
