Obverse: Die cracks on the bottom half of the 9 & 5 in date. Long die crack from brow to hair running NW. Two light die cracks on coat next to lapel. Die clash mark behind neck.

Reverse: Die scratches seen on area between the left wheat grains and under C on CENT through UN on UNITED. Large die break from right wheat to rim. Two light die cracks running N-S on right wheat grains. Reverse is LDS.
