Obverse: Concentric die scratches run through 19 of the date. Long, thin die scratches run NE above LIBERTY. Short die scratches through and below GOD. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: Die scratches run E-W through PLURIBUS. A die crack and chip in the lower right wheat grains. Die break in left wheat stalk. NE die scratch through UN in UNITED.
