Obverse: A die chip in the 5 with a crack extending to the top of the mint mark, less severe then LDS example. Die cracks on the 9. A large, large die crack in the hair. Reverse is MLDS

Reverse: Two small die gouges E of T in CENT. No die crack in the right wheat ear as shown in LDS. A die break runs from the second U in Pluribus to the top of the E in ONE.
