Die Notes

A very nice and strong repunched mintmark. Be aware that the earlier die states show little or no separation between the primary and secondary mintmarks, whereas the later die states show significant separation.

Obverse: Die scratches run generally SW-NE through the mint mark and date area. Other SW-NE die scratches show in the upper left area of the design.

Reverse: Die scratches run generally E-W through the right side of the design. Reverse is LMDS.
