Obverse: Numerous die scratches on the inside and to right outside of the curve on 9, N-E curving die scratch starts between 95 and head north, NE-SW die scratch off outer-bottom curve of B on LIBERTY, diagonal die scratch through lower leg of diagonal leg of R on LIBERTY, NE-SW die scratch of IN, heavy die gouge between IN, numerous fine die scratches through letters of GOD, long NW-SE die scratch off second T of TRUST

Reverse: Mid-late die state, diagonal die scratches off upper left to the vertical bar of T on CENT, N-S die scratches in C of CENT, and a stronger N-S slightly curving die scratch just off lower right corner on C of CENT.
