Obverse: A die gouge at the tip of the 9 in the date. Die gouges on the lower lapel. A die scratch runs SW from the back of the head to the T in Liberty. A die scratch running east from the nose.

Reverse: No die break from the right wheat ear to the rim. A die gouge can be found between the D and S in United States. A die scratch in the top left corner of the T in CENT.
