Obverse: A heavy die scratch runs SW from the S in TRUST. A heavy die scratch and a few minor ones run N-S from behind the jacket.

Reverse: A series of heavy die scratches can be seen in the upper 8th - 11th memorial bays. A die crack and chip can be seen on the upper 11th column. A series of NW-SE minor die scratches run through the motto. Small die chip on the right cornice. Reverse is MDS.
