Obverse: A light N-S die scratch with two short NE-SW intersecting scratches show from the top of the Y in LIBERTY. A short N-S die gouge shows in the lower fold of the vest at the lapel.
Reverse: A small triangle shaped die chip shows on the lower right portion of the N in CENT. A small NW-SE die gouge shows in the right lower memorial base just to the SW of the designers initials. A small die chip and crack show on the right cornice. Reverse is MDS
