Obverse: A die crack connects the mid 9 and 6 of the date. Die crack in hair. Reverse is MDS
Reverse: A heavy die crack shows on the right cornice and about half way down column 12. A slight depression shows below the right crossbar of the T in CENT. A round die chip shows on the left vertical bar of the N in CENT.
