Obverse: A strong NE-SW die scratch shows between the top of the head and the D in GOD. Numerous NE-SW die scratches run through the RTY of LIBERTY and from the 9 of the date to the bust.

Reverse: A strong die gouge connects the lower E and S of STATES. A die crack shows on the lower crossbar of the E and lower right portion of the R in AMERICA. Reverse is LDS
