Obverse: A small V shaped gie gouge protrudes south from the rim next to the D in GOD.

Reverse: A small die crack shows on the first A in AMERICA. Small die scratches show on both the upper and lower verticle bar of the T in CENT. A die crack shows on the very bottom of the left memorial base. Reverse is MDS
