Obverse: Die gouge can be found south of the E in LIBERTY. Two die gouges can be found on the lapel.
Reverse: Multiple die gouges can be found around the T of STATES. Two die scratches can be found running NW/SE through the U of PLURIBUS and the U of UNUM. Die scractches can be seen running through ONE. Die gouges can be found on bays 10,11 and outisde of the 12th column.
