Obverse: A short strong die scratch runs E-W connecting the 1 and the 9 of the date. A die scratch runs NE into the field from the E in LIBERTY. Other N-S die scratches can be seen obove RTY of LIBERTY.

Reverse: Numerous NW-SE die scratches run between the AT of STATES to the motto. A NE-SW die scratch runs between the lower N and the upper T of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
