Obverse: SSW die scratches though 19 in date to lower lapel. Worn SSW die scratches though TY in LIBERTY. Die gouge SE of VDB. Die crack though E in WE. Reverse is EMDS

Reverse: Die damage right cornice. Small die gouge in field between column 12 and CA in AMERICA. Die crack on pillar east of steps. Die dot between O and N in ONE.
