Obverse: Die gouge in shoulder fold. Die blemish NE from chin. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: E/W die scratches from left roof toward T in UNITED. SE die scratch from second U in PLURIBUS to roof. N/S die scratches next to right cornice. ESE die scratches from base above NT in CENT. ESE die scratches from left base. ESE die scratch from column 1 to rim just below U in UNITED.
