Obverse: Numerous NW die scratches from the 19 of the date toward the bust. N-S die scratches through LIBERTY. NE die crack shows on the shoulder from the base toward the collar. Die crack in the hair behind the forehead.
Reverse: Die gouge shows in the upper E of STATES. Die crack on right cornice and column 12. Die crack shows on the right lower base edge. Reverse is LMDS.
