Obverse: Remnants of a die clash in front of the neck. A long vertical scratch between the 1 & 9. Many vertical scratches north of RTY. Die scratches between the top of the head and GOD.
Reverse: Strong die scratch inside the C of CENT. Strong die scratch left of the right vertical bar of N in ONE.
