Obverse: A die scratch extends south from the outer loop of the 9. Numerous N-S die scratches are seen through LIBERTY.
Reverse: A die scratch runs from the top of the A in AMERICA to the tip of the right crossbar of the 2nd T in STATES. N-S die scratches show between the C & E of CENT.
