Obverse: E/W die scratch connects 19 in date. Short E/W die scratch from lapel into shoulder fold. NE die scratch from front of hair. Short die gouge in ear. Crossing die scratches in front of chin. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: SSW die gouges from T in CENT to second T in STATES. E/W die scratch over first S in STATES.E/W die scratch through lower AM in AMERICA.
