Obverse: Concentric die scratch in shoulder fold. Pair of generally E/W die scratch on collar. N/S die scratch from bottom of I in LIBERTY. Reverse is LMDS

Reverse: ESE die scratch from E to O in ONE. Crossing die scratches through E in ONE and T in CENT. Short E/W die scratch in lower first S in STATES. Generally E/W die scratches under CE in CENT.
