Obverse: Die crack from 5 in date to mint mark. N/S die crack on the head below the E of WE. A long die crack from the collar, SW to the rim. A heavy die crack from the lower B of LIBERTY runs SW to the rim. Revers is LMDS

Reverse: Feeder finger abrasion through S in PLURIBUS and UN in UNUM. Die depression on lower N in ONE. Concentric die scratch from left wheat stalk tip to E in EPU. Die crack through lower left wheat stalk.
