Obverse: Die scratches can be found at the edge of the hair on the upper forehead. Light die scratches run W-E from the TY in LIBERTY.

Reverse: A die scratch can be found inside the O of ONE. Die scratches through ATES of STATES. Die scratches run west from the C in CENT toward the left wheat ear. Die scratches run ENE from the E in ONE.
