Obverse: Strong die scratches can be seen above the N in IN. N-S Die scratches run to the right of the vest and into the front lapel. Die scratches can be seen coming off the back of the shoulder.

Reverse: Heavy die scratches run south from the N in CENT. North-south die scratches to the right of the E in ONE.
