Obverse: Small die gouge between jacket and rim. E/W die scratches across lapel and jacket. ESE die scratches in hair. Crossing die scratches though RTY in LIBERTY. die dot in front of nose. SSE die scratches in from of bowtie. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Pair of die scratches intersect below E in EPU. ENE die scratches from E in ONE to UNUM. ENE die scratch under first S in STATES.
