Reverse: Light ESE die scratches under UNUM. Light SE die scratches in bays 8 and 10. SE die scratch from lower column 12.

Obverse: Die damage shows as a mottled area under the 1 of the date. A heavy die dot shows in the middle of the field behind the head. Short die scratches show on either side of the T of LIBERTY. Reverse is LDS.
Reverse: A die dot shows between the U and N of UNITED. Another die dot shows inside the lower E of AMERICA. A very heavy and long die scratch runs from the lower D of UNITED to the top of the building just beneath the N of UNUM.
